Vocabulex Mobile App Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Vocabulex ("App") operated by Alekseev Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

1. Description of Service

Vocabulex is a vocabulary learning app that uses AI-generated content and adaptive spaced repetition to help users learn and retain words and phrases in multiple languages. AI-generated explanations and examples may occasionally contain inaccuracies.

2. Account Registration

Some features of the App may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The App offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription rate in effect at the time of renewal.
• You can manage or turn off auto-renewal of your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

4. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to reverse-engineering, interfering with the App's operation, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in the App are owned by Alekseev Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alekseev Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the App and on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
